1953 Chevy 3100 1/2 Ton Pickup
"Frankenstein"
Story goes the Truck was a Wyoming Truck its whole life, then about 2 years ago it was brought to Ft. Dodge, Iowa which is where we came in and purchased the truck in November.

Exterior
Truck was completely disassembled and all structural rust was repaired, as well as any major dings and tears in the sheet metal. The floor pans were replaced, new reinforced tunnel was installed. A Schwanke Engines Custom Firewall Smooth Panel was installed. Rear roll pan with led tail/turn signals. We installed a Ceedair Cedar Bed wood kit with new strips.
Brakes
Disc brakes, front drum rear, new on all four corners. 8" Dual Master Cylinder and Corvette Dual Booster mounted with a custom firewall mounted pedal assembly. All new teflon coated brake lines
Suspension
Schwanke Custom Factory Frame blasted and cleaned then powder coated black, Mustang II front end with 2" drop spindles and lowering springs, Power Rack and Pinion Steering, Disc Brakes, All New Tubular Control Arms, New Shocks. Rear is 1980 Camaro Leaf Springs with Custom fabricated Front mounts and a Boxed Frame with 3" Blocks hooked to a 70's 10 Bolt With 3.42 Gears and Spool. new wheels/tires
Driveline
2004 5.3L LS engine (355 HP)F-body Oil Pan swapped and bearings all checked over and 4L60E Transmission from a van, New Filter and Trans Flush. Schwanke Engines custom Wire harness and Tune. With Stainless Shorty Headers run through 2.5" Pipes with Heartthrob 24 in glasspack Exhaust Dumps in front of rear Tires in wheel wells. Tanks Inc 16gal EFI Fuel Tank mounted under Bed.
Interior
Interior is All new Headliner. Door Panels, Recovered Bench Seat. Dolphin Gauges, Hidden Bluetooth Radio, New Carpet. We preserved the Interior and didn't repaint anything.new glass and weatherstripping
This thing has a killer unrestored Look, awesome Patina and has a Killer Stance. It definitely gets up and scoots. This truck will get good mileage with the new EFI platform and overdrive.
