Truck was purchased locally, had some rust issues which we fixed and the truck cleaned up very nicely.
Exterior
New front fenders, new rockers and cab corners, and new bed rails. Most of the cab has been repainted, box has new spray in bed liner. New windshield. Box has a few fading spots and scratches in it but truck cleans up and is very presentable. Underside of truck has been completely undercoated with PERMATEX coating. Wheels were sandblasted and then powder coated black with new tires, less than 200 miles on wheels and tires.
Brakes
All new brakes on all four corners. Replaced front rotors, calipers, pads. Rebuilt rear brakes with new shoes and cut drums. Truck stops very nicely.
Suspension
DJM 2” drop spindles, DJM 2” drop front coil springs, flipped rear spring supports. Truck is lowered in all four corners by 4”. Rides and handles nicely. New MONROE shocks on all 4 corners.
Driveline
Original engine and transmission. Pinion angle has been adjusted with 6 degree blocks, new output seal in transmission. New pinion seal on rear end. Engine runs great and transmission shifts very nicely. Engine is a TBI 305ci V8, trans is a NV4500 5 spd manual. New TRUE DUAL 2.25” exhaust, sounds great.
Interior
Very clean factory red cloth interior. Truck has a Pioneer CD player, everything works and looks nice.
Truck is a very clean, original 90’s model Chevy pickup that runs great and sounds awesome. Will make a great run around truck or a good shop truck.
